As much as I would like to tell you that every listing that I have is sold for over asking price with multiple offers in a really short time, that is not always the case. ⠀

For this gorgeous condo in Sunny Isles, I failed miserably. I had it on the market for 330 days and had very few showings and didn't come close to selling it. ⠀

I could look at all the excuses - a Trump-branded building is polarizing and isolates nearly half of all buyers, the price was too high, Sunny Isles was slow, etc, etc, etc. ⠀

But I choose to blame myself and learn to improve from this experience. ⠀

I was hired to sell the property and I let down the sellers. Although I have sold 95.7% of all my listings in 15+ years, my stats for this seller was 0% sold.
