During 2019 in Broward County, there were 29 homes that sold for five million dollars or more. Eighty-three percent of those sales were cash sales with the remainder financed. All of them except one were single-family homes. Below are the seven most expensive sales during the year. Six of the seven homes are in Fort Lauderdale, the yachting capital of the world.
