Create scroll-stopping shots and save-worthy frames at some of the most visually striking corners of Little River, the future of cuisine and creativity in Magic City.

Scream "industrial-chic" and "effortlessly hip" as you capture post after post of Instagram gold in and around Little River, a cluster of repurposed warehouses and strip malls fast becoming Miami's newest hive for local talent, culture, and small businesses.

Named after one of the city's four rivers that it straddles, Little River is a maze of single-storey warehouses, low-slung buildings, a hip collection of local businesses, and a charming selection of renovated midcentury homes and multifamily properties.

Oh, and did we mention that it's also the latest "It" hub in town?

Situated just north of Little Haiti and bordered by the Upper East Side and El Portal, Little River has evolved from a light-industrial area into a creative pocket rich in form, texture, and visual impact.

And no, we're not just talking about the usual bold murals and colorful installations.

In Little River, you're never far from a patchwork of leafy courtyards, thoughtfully designed cafés, rooftop views, and architectural details, otherwise known as a full content run.

Here are the top five Instagrammable places in Little River.

1) Cathedral of St. Mary

7525 NW 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33150

An awe-inspiring structure that lights up the bluish-purple skies of Little River as the sun goes down, Cathedral of St. Mary is one of Miami's most striking visual anchors — and your feed's next.

Built in 1957, this Roman Catholic cathedral is the mother church of the Archdiocese of Miami, serving as an active place of worship first and a neighborhood landmark.

Its modernist design was a bold move at the time, intentionally breaking away from traditional European cathedral styles to reflect a growing, contemporary Miami.

What makes it stand out visually is also what makes it instantly recognizable: the towering bell structure, clean geometric lines, and nighttime lighting that gives the entire façade an almost otherworldly glow once the sun dips.

Cathedral of St. Mary is dramatic in scale, unmistakable from afar, and never fails to photograph well from almost every angle — just be sure to swing by before or after mass, so it's less crowded, and you don't ruin anyone's solemn vibe.

If you ask us, it's best to catch it early evening when the lights are all turned on — it'll be easier to snap a few shots from across the street or along the perimeter to keep it respectful.

You'll get bold symmetry, rich colors, and a backdrop that's sacred, striking, and undoubtedly Little River coded.

2) Miami Ironside

7580 NE 4th Ct, Miami, FL 33138

Is it in Little River? Is it part of the Upper East Side — everyone has a different opinion, and even Google Maps has its own, but we know we all agree that Ironside is a beauty that deserves a spot on our list!

A massive collection of new and classic retailers, design showrooms, beauty salons, local shops, art studios, cafes, playrooms, galleries, and wellness centers, Ironside is a six-block district with over 60 shops, centers, and services that make up its unique and well-rounded lifestyle experience.

Visit an art gallery to see (and capture) a literal display of curated pieces and vibrant hues, shop a sundress or two (for that #OOTD moment), sign up for an early yoga morning session — complete with a sweaty after-yoga snap for the 'gram, and grab an iced latte to-go from any of Ironside's selection of restaurants and coffee shops!

Oh, and don't forget to take a selfie by those colorful facing figures by the main courtyard entrance while you're at it — it's an Ironside signature!

You can also spend the rest of the day exploring Ironside's leafy congregation of Rainbow Eucalyptus trees alongside Poincianas, Live Oaks, Coconut Palms, Climbing Jasmine, Creeping Fig, and multi-colored Bougainville to give your social media accounts a shade of green!

Really, what can't you do at this massive mixed-use hub?

3) The Citadel Miami

8300 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33138

Whether you plan to eat your way through the vendors, hang out for the ambiance, or come in full "content creator" mode to overload your feeds with rooftop shots and Little River Reels, The Citadel Miami is about to be your favorite weekend plan.

This multi-level food hall pulls inspiration from global markets and community spaces, bringing a whirlwind of vibrant energy, thoughtful design, and reasons to stay, drink, and feast 'til the wee hours.

Downstairs is where the journey takes off, with The Citadel's rotating mix of local food vendors offering comfort-heavy classics, internationally inspired plates, desserts, and cocktails, completed by open-air seating.

Then, when you head upstairs, you'll find a rooftop setup filled with greenery, lounge-style seating, and sweeping views that grow more irresistible as golden hour rolls in and the skyline starts to glow — it's an entire show of its own!

Good food, good views, good energy — honestly, that's all the convincing we need.

4) Plant the Future

8484 NE 2nd Ave, Miami, FL 33138

Tucked along one of Little River's stretches, Plant the Future combines living greenery, nature-inspired creativity, and expertly curated coffee drinks into a sensory escape that whisks you worlds away from traffic outside.

A discovery of Biophilic Art, design, and coffee, Plant the Future introduces guests to an immersive experience set in a spacious indoor-outdoor layout layered with plants, sculptural installations, and moss-covered elements that blur the line between nature and design — every corner intentional, interactive, and photogenic.

This rewarding moment is enhanced by a simple, on-theme menu of specialty coffee, matcha, herbal teas, and pastries, best enjoyed under hanging plants or while casually exploring the greenery with a cup in hand.

At Plant the Future, nature is both a medium and a mood; a peaceful, photo-ready setting that offers a pause from the city and plenty of content while you're at it.

5) ARTPIE

6732 NE 4th Ave, Miami, FL 33138

Which era are you spending your coffee break in today?

Okay, we're not talking about getting inside a LITERAL time machine and traveling back to the younger years of Albert Einstein!

In Little River, you have ARTPIE, a coffee shop with an aesthetic pulled from various centuries — and a menu of sweet and savory delights that's organic, tasty, and unforgettable.

A café and bakery built around hand-pies made with organic ingredients and named after influential women, ARTPIE features more than 28 variants, with several vegetarian and vegan options in the mix, including combinations like roasted red peppers and cheeses, organic chicken with olives and chili peppers, Spanish chorizo with sweet onions and mozzarella, quinoa with roasted vegetables, and more.

You'll also find dessert artpies filled with fruit, chocolate, or nuts, which pair perfectly with their selection of coffee and tea drinks, mismatched luxury furniture, and an elegant yet quirky vibe.

We're telling you, one click is all it takes to be smitten!
