    The first residential development with the “Bentley” name is making its way to the pristine Sunny Isles Beach, Florida.

    Additionally, each residence will have a summer grill on the balcony, windowed master baths, master bathroom saunas, and either a 3 or 4-car garage in the sky attached to the unit. 

    There is no doubt this is the perfect home for a car fanatic. 

    The car elevator allows you to drive right into your unit- even if you are on the 60th floor! 

    The building will have state-of-the-art amenities, including a 24-hour multilingual concierge service, cigar lounge with pool table and TV Screen, fitness center, sauna, game room (with golf, racing simulators, and virtual reality stations), yoga studio, salon, private dining room, cinema, whiskey bar, restaurant, spa and pool (with poolside food and beverage service).

    There will be 20,000 square feet of amenities across three levels featuring exquisite furnishings from the Bentley Home Collection. 

    Also, residents will have exclusive beach amenities with food and beverage service, beach attendants, chaise lounges, and umbrellas. 

    Why would you go anywhere else? 

    The prices for units with intercoastal views with partial Oceanview range from $5.5m to $5.9mm. 

    These would be the Bentayga or Bacalar floorplans. 

    The Oceanview homes range from $6.7m to $8.2m, these would be the Arnage and Azure floorplans.
