The other day someone asked me how it is to work for Compass. That’s a question I get asked all the time. The best way I can explain it is is that working for Compass has changed my life❤️⠀⠀⠀To many that may sound like a HUGE exaggeration. But to me and most of my coworkers, it is definitely not.
Working for a company that makes me feel blessed daily to work for them is a feeling that is hard to describe. ⠀⠀⠀⠀Imagine if everyone was in LOVE with their jobs. That would mean that nearly half of every single day people would be very happy.
