My Compass Story

The other day someone asked me how it is to work for Compass. That’s a question I get asked all the time. The best way I can explain it is is that working for Compass has changed my life❤️⠀

To many that may sound like a HUGE exaggeration. But to me and most of my coworkers, it is definitely not. 

Working for a company that makes me feel blessed daily to work for them is a feeling that is hard to describe. ⠀⠀

Imagine if everyone was in LOVE with their jobs. That would mean that nearly half of every single day people would be very happy. 

Imagine the impact that would have on their personal lives with their friends and family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 👫👭👬

For me and so many others in the Compass family, we don’t have to imagine that. We are lucky. We live that way every single day. 

So why the photo of the boat and water? It’s what I see outside my office right after parking and getting out of my car 🚤 ⚓
