The Meyers' Story

Robert and Kendra Meyers (fake names and location) had just retired and wanted to move to Orlando. They actually wanted to move a year earlier when their house first came on the market with another agent.

Like most sellers, they felt their property was way underpriced even though no one was willing to make an offer. 

When I got to the Meyers’ home, it looked way better than I expected from the previous listing photos.

Long story a bit shorter, after 64 days we were able to get roughly 5% more than the what the property was listed for in the past.
