FPL typically charges a $25 deposit minimum and a tiny setup fee before activating service.

For natural gas, check if Florida City Gas (FCG) covers your home. 

Once confirmed, you can create an account online, provide identification, and set your preferred connection date—the deposits and connection fees vary depending on your home size or projected monthly usage.

Lastly, seek Miami-Dade Water & Sewer for water and sewer services.

Confirm service availability, open an online account, and expect a $50 deposit for water, $50 for sewer, and a non-refundable $45 connection fee. 

If you're transferring service, pay any outstanding balance before setting up your new start date.
