Today is just under three weeks since our lives in South Florida have changed dramatically. The moment in time that I am using for this is the day the NBA suspended their season.

The reason I am using this specific event is because, to me, it seemed like EVERYONE in our community started taking the Coronavirus much more seriously.

As I mentioned in the past, Jade, Will, and I are heartbroken with all the people that have lost their lives and all the people who have been affected so much by COVID-19.

We are constantly praying for all of you and all the unsung heroes that are sacrificing so much to make all our lives better.

Quite a few of our clients have told us that people want to know what's going on with the Miami real estate market. So here is our third update.

They told us to update you weekly on what's going on - how many people are putting their homes on the market compared to the past, how many offers were accepted compared to the past, and how many sales closed.

These numbers are for Miami-Dade County's real estate market.

If we can ever do anything to help you or your family, NOT only real estate, please don't hesitate to contact us.
