These are extremely tough times for all of us. Jade, Will, I and the rest of the team have been thinking so much about all of you. 

As real estate agents, basically small business owners, we struggle sometimes with what to post during these times. 

Quite a few of our clients have told us that people want to know what's going on with the Miami real estate market. 

They told us to update you weekly on what's going on - how many people are putting their homes on the market compared to the past, how many offers were accepted compared to the past, and how many sales closed. 

So that's what we are going to update you on. These numbers are for Miami-Dade County's real estate market.
