Influencers Making Waves Across Miami

There’s a thick line in the sand when it comes to what it means to be an expert. As real estate agents and entrepreneurs, we are driven by passion. We bring light to the details that our clients may not see and are excited about impacting their lives.

But we aren’t the only entrepreneurs out there with this same drive and skill set. Influencers across social media who are driven by their passion are working hard to highlight pockets of the world and bring them to life for their followers.

When it comes to these influencers, foodies are a prime example of a group of people standing on our side of that line in the sand. While a lot of us take pictures of food that impresses us, these dedicated foodies take it a step, or maybe 10 steps, further.

These are the people we see in restaurants that orchestrate and arrange an environment for the food on their table and pull out their chairs to stand on to get the best angle.

They follow this by delicately diving in, slowing down the experience to absorb every single flavor across their palette, defining what ingredients are making the dish a success. This is a dedicated, passionate entrepreneur, not unlike the agents that run thriving businesses in our industry.

I couldn’t be more impressed by the extent that Miami foodies go to in order to share their passion across social media. These influencers aren’t just bragging about the best-in-class epicurean hotspots; they are sharing the passion they have for Miamian cuisine and culture.

Here are 5 Foodies I have gravitated toward following for that very reason. (in no particular order)

1. @miami_foodporn

Dana Rozansky is capturing the attention of over 130k Instagram followers with her mouthwatering Miami eats. To further engage her followers, she has an expansive website and blog that dives deep into not only local cuisine but her adventures around the globe as well as food topics like raw juice, sushi, and olive oil.

2. @succulentbite

Food and travel extraordinaire Nico has a massive following of over 356k on Instagram. His beautiful and uniquely original content frames some of Miami’s most indulgent bites, with a heavy focus on the sweet side. Seizing the entrepreneurial movement, Nico features a large number of videos mixed in with his still photos.

3. @mdoughw_Eats

Recipient of a 2017 Zagat Food Award given to the top 100 food Instagrammers in the U.S., Margo keeps her nearly 150k followers happy and wanting more with her Instagram posts, website and blog.

4. @miamifoodpug

This Miami duo, Geoffrey and Dianne, dedicate their social media platforms and website to showcase their love for Miami, delicious local fare, and pugs (of course!) True to their followers and restauranteurs, their expanded website offers a variety of food-focused content (along with a smattering of pug pictures!)

5. @thehungrypost

Dedicated to seeking out Miami’s best food experiences, this award-winning team weaves in culinary events, giving their restaurateurs an extra nod of acknowledgment and thanks.

β€œOur home, priced at $1,225,000 was on the market for ONE YEAR with a local realtor without any offers...... Amit sold it in 34 days at a price we were very happy with.”

- Alicia Sandoval

β€œHis high-end, digital marketing for sellers is truly cutting-edge and worlds ahead of the competition. Amit also offers hands-on buyer services that are the best you will find in the Coral Gables area. Hire him for all your real estate needs!”
