Since I work for ONE Sotheby's International Realty, I often get asked if "average" people can live in a home that we have on the market. Although the average closed sale price in our office is nearly $1,500,000 and we sell the most million dollar plus homes in Miami-Dade and Broward County, we do have affordable options for the "average" person.
