9 People Share How they OVERCAME their Suicidal Thoughts
If you have never been to our website and clicked on this article, you probably are depressed, having suicidal thoughts, or know someone that may be.
You are not alone, and there are things that you can do to turn things around to make life beautiful.
It may sound impossible now, and you may feel that you are different, but I promise you, life can be absolutely AMAZING.
Believe me, I thought as if nothing could change for the better, and I thought about ending my life millions of times in the past.
Every single day, that was what I thought about almost nonstop.
I even had decided how I would do it, and absolutely no one had any remote idea that I was feeling depressed.
If you are struggling mentally a great deal, the odds are that you are a very good actor and most people have NO IDEA just how bad you are doing.
When someone is depressed, the last thing they want is someone to tell them to just snap out of it or just look at things from a positive mindset.
In this video, nine people are interviewed about their suicidal stories.
People that had zero desire to be alive and no expectations of life ever being wonderful again or ever.
I am one of them who shares my story.
There is a wide range of ethnicities, occupations, ages, and wealth among those interviewed.
We wanted to have these interviews relate to as many people as we could.
For me, it's been many years since I felt suicidal, and I can honestly say that I LOVE living.
Of course, there are some challenging days when things are far from perfect, but they are easier to handle, and I'm so excited to wake up every morning and live life.
If it's been a while since you have felt this way, watch the video.
Hopefully, it inspires you that life can get better.
Remember, you are not alone in this.
There are so many people's lives that would be absolutely crushed if you were no longer around.
You may not believe that, but trust me, it's true.
If you aren't someone that is depressed but are worried about someone else, please remember that everyone handles depression differently.
Some are quiet about it and always appear to be the happiest person in the room, some could act like total jerks all the time, and many are in between these two types of people.
The ones that typically do harm to themselves usually don't mention it much to people or ever.
I am not an expert in this category by any means and not a doctor.
I am just someone that loves you and wants you to love living.
