I've all the juicy "deets" for anyone who wants to know!

Taking premium accessibility to the NEXT level, the burgeoning towns of Coral Terrace and Flagami offer locals exciting additions and updates bound to change Miami's suburban landscape, from innovative community enhancements and affordable residential developments to new amenities and delicious dining spots!

     When: April 15, 2024

The Dr. Armando Badia Senior Center has been closed to the public for a $10,197,000 renovation and expansion, and on April 15, the long wait will be OVER as Commissioner Manolo Reyes, the Department of Parks and Recreation, and the Office of Capital Improvements cordially invite you for a grand unveiling of the NEW and IMPROVED senior center!

New green areas, restroom facilities, community rooms, classrooms, computer labs, and gym facilities — all these and more will now be available at the 8,367 square foot Dr. Armando Badia Senior Center, so don't miss this groundbreaking ceremony!

A $25 Million Affordable Apartment Complex For Seniors Is Rising In Coral Terrace

     Where: 2400 S.W. 69th Ave, Miami, FL, 33155

     When: April 2024

Upholding its esteemed reputation as one of Miami's most affordable residential areas, Coral Terrace adds a new low-cost senior development to its roster of communities, The Ludlam Trail Towers!

Part of an ambitious effort to redevelop the six-mile abandoned stretch of the Florida East Coast Railway, the housing project will consist of two low-rise buildings, four and five stories each, and 64 one-to-two-bedroom apartments ranging from 760 to 1,000 square feet!

A pedestrian bridge overlooking Coral Way will connect the two towers and provide easy access to the 6.2-mile Ludlam Trail and Downtown Miami's Underline urban park and trail, making it 16 continuous miles of trailway in Miami-Dade.

Soon after, Ludlam Trail Towers will include a 312-unit apartment complex, an 84-unit workforce housing project, a 950-unit rental development, a dog park, and retail spaces.

    Stay tuned!

I use non-traditional marketing to inspire the most motivated buyers to pay the max for Miami luxury homes. Besides selling real estate, I love tennis, sports cards, NFTs, my family, mental health awareness, and HIGH-calorie foods 🤷🏽‍♂️
