What's new in Miami Springs?
I've all the juicy "deets" for anyone who wants to know!
With its convenient location in the Metro and gorgeous Pueblo Revival architecture, rich history, and abundant nature, you'd think you've seen the best of Miami Springs.
Well, think again, 'coz this vibrant urban community is gearing up to offer MORE, from new mixed-use developments and affordable rental communities to fun festivals and continuous city enhancements!
So, sit tight as I give you a run-down of the exciting changes in the "Heart of It All!"
Here are 3 things new to watch for in Miami Springs.

Two New Rental Communities Are Joining Miami Springs And One Already Started Leasing!

It seems like now's the BEST time to move to Miami Springs as the vibrant community welcomes two new developments, the Miami Springs Town Center on 1 Curtiss Pkwy, and the city's newest apartment project, 400 Park Lofts, which is, as of this writing, still in the works!
Miami Springs Town Center, which started leasing this year, is a 50,725-square-foot mixed-use venture with a three-story residential building with 51 apartments, 23,500 square feet of ground-floor retail, and a parking garage with 124 spaces.
Once the construction is completed, Miami Springs Town Center will have two-to-three-bedroom units and rental prices that will likely start at $1,850/month.
Not to mention that Miami Springs Town Center apartments, despite the affordable rent, will also boast premium amenities, including state-of-the-art kitchens, sleek finishes, expansive windows, private balconies with panoramic views, and laundry facilities.
Meanwhile, 400 Park Lots, albeit still yet to commence construction, will be a rental community with six apartments designed to look like three-story townhomes with front yards, all approximately 1,500 square feet in size.

A Highly Anticipated Festival Returns To Miami Springs!

The countdown has begun for Miami Springs' famous annual tradition, River Cities Festival, a fun, family-filled event bringing exciting new experiences for the residents in the "Heart of It All!"
Like always, the 2024 River Cities Festival will feature three days of music, food, and activities, including performances from local artists like the Groove Brothers, Barefoot Jax, Apache Dragon, Hangar 5, Southern Stampede, Midnight-Monster, and more!
River Cities Festival will also provide a plethora of local vendors, food trucks, mobile bars, an alligator exhibition from the Miccosukee tribe, kiddie rides, and a car show!
Yes, folks, all this excitement will run for three days at the Circle Park, so don't snooze on the last remaining tickets!

Miami Springs Golf Course FINALLY Re-Opens!

When: Happening Now!
Amidst several project delays, Miami Springs Golf Course's much-awaited grand re-opening FINALLY pushed through last March after a massive $3.8 million renovation in 2022!
As of this writing, the Miami Springs Golf Course is now the closest golf course to the airport, a destination that used to fall to the Melreese Golf Course.
But that's not all that's awesome about the newly renovated recreational hotspot!
Since its recent enhancements, the Miami Springs Golf Course offers a new design with a new playing area for a six-hole short game ranging from 30 to 80 yards, a massive putting green area for practice sessions, and an overall vibrant aura!
So, who's up for a quick round of golf?
