The construction for Florida City's newest mixed-use development is progressing, and soon enough, hopeful homebuyers seeking a spot in this peaceful community will finally make their dream a REALITY!
Ladies and gents, set your sights on Florida City Place, the first all-in-one hub of its kind in Florida City!
The brainchild of Alphaville Developments and the local city government of Florida City, Florida City Place will feature 191 housing units, 15 commercial spaces for retail and restaurants, and an array of community amenities, including a pool, neighborhood park, clubhouse, and an expansive children's playground.
Florida City Place will also boast five five-story buildings and extensive landscaping.
Set to upgrade the entire area, locals are ecstatic about this soon-to-be iconic Florida City hub.

Craving A Good Chicken Burger? Florida City Is Getting A Chik-fil-A!

The fast-food "GODS" has spoken — Florida City is getting a Chik-fil-A, and it's happening pretty soon!
Aside from providing delicious chicken sandwiches and waffle fries (the crowd favorite!), the construction of Chik-fil-A will create more job opportunities and reinvigorate U.S. 1 South.
Not to mention that the new fast-food establishment will also get rid of two "eyesore" buildings!
And though there's yet to be a definite date for its arrival, Chik-fil-A brings much-needed hope to Florida City locals — for delicious chicken burgers AND a revitalized community!

Lennar Is Adding 521 Townhouses In Florida City!

It looks like Florida City is anticipating a new residential development, and this time, it'll be a massive collection of townhouses!
A few months back, Lennar bought a Florida City development site spanning 11 acres for $18 million, previously planned as a 174-townhome complex called Ocean Gate Village.
The good news is that from 174 townhomes, the Miami-based developer plans to triple the amount, bringing the number up to 521!
And you know what that means, peeps!
Now, there will be more room for everyone in Florida City!
