I'm talking about the recent talks involving a 250,000-square-foot expansion in Bal Harbour Shops, including a 70-room hotel, 600 residential units, and another 46,000 square feet of retail.
And the kicker?
Bal Harbour Shops will dedicate 40 percent of the residential units to workforce housing!
Although the construction is still years away, the controversial plan suggests a bright future for Bal Harbour Shops!
