What's new in The Roads?

I've all the juicy "deets" for anyone who wants to know!

Offering a lush suburban setting filled with tree-lined streets, abundant nature, and a serene ambiance minutes from the Metro, The Roads may have "historic" linked to its name, but there will be nothing ANCIENT with what's coming to its residents!

Sure, The Roads' classic homes and vintage vibe are still constants!

However, with new trendy dining spots and a highly anticipated linear park landing in The Roads, this upper-middle-class residential paradise doesn't plan on staying in the "middle!"

The Roads is gearing up to soar at the top!

Here are 2 things new to watch for in The Roads.

(1)

Have A Latin American Date Night At The Roads' Newest Dining Spot!

Where: 1836 SW 3rd Ave, Miami, FL 33129

When: Happening Now!

Are your palates craving something new for this weekend's date night?

Look no further than Dando La Brasa, The Roads' newest Latin American restaurant!

Opened in August 2023, Dando La Brasa offers traditional Latin dishes and a whirlwind of flavors cooked over an open flame for an authentic touch!

Think Chicken A La Brasa, Argentine empanadas, Peruvian "ajíes," Tequeños, and more paired with some of your favorite dishes like burgers, lasagna, salads, and steaks!

Add their extensive drinks and wine list to the mix, and it'll be a gastronomic experience you'll want to repeat over and OVER again!

The Underline Phase 2 Project Drops This Spring!

Where: SW 13th St. to SW 19th Ave

When: Happening Now!

If you didn't already know, The Roads was named one of the neighborhoods covered in Phase II of The Underline, a highly anticipated 10-mile linear park, urban trail, and public art destination.

Commenced in Fall 2021, the plan involves three amenity areas, the Hammock Playground, Vizcaya Station Plaza, and the Rain Garden, alongside the addition of 100,000 native plants and trees, tree shade canopies, resting areas, hydration stations, bike repair stations, bike racks, dog-friendly amenities, LED lighting, Bioswale native landscaping, free WiFi service, Public Art, and several event areas.

The exciting expansion links the amenity-rich  Brickell Backyard (Phase I) with the historic Roads, Shenandoah, and Silver Bluff neighborhoods and is now available to the public!

Just imagine a new hub for community programs, farmers' markets, urban gardening spaces, engaging public art, lush greens, and nature-inspired play areas minutes from The Roads!

Well, imagine no more — The Underline Phase II is FINALLY here!
